FIELD: orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: implant has intraosseous part with axial partially threaded channel. Vacant end of intraosseous part has longitudinal cuts which form lobes 2. Implant also includes crown part with setting head and distance member installed inside channel for axial displacement. Distance member is made as tapered pin 3 with rounded end on distal side and cylindrical threaded section with lock nut 5 on the other side. Intraosseous part is provided with cone-shaped crown section 1 and supporting section of cylindrical form which external surface has longitudinal and transverse knurling. Rear part of setting head is spring-loaded with plate-like membrane 7 and is pressed with nut 8 in crown part of axial channel. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of implant fixation, uniform distribution of masticatory pressure on bone tissue. 1 dwg
