FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to single-phase gerodental shape memory implants. The implant is made of a nickel-titanium alloy in a single block. The intraosseous part contains a threaded part along the vertical axis in its middle part, above which shock-absorbing shape-memory elements made of titanium nickelide are located in the form of petals located on a cone-shaped base, made with the possibility of uniform distribution of masticatory pressure from the implant to the alveolus. Further, a fine thread is made with the possibility of fixing the implant in the cortical plate of the bone and the cervical part. The extraosseous part contains a conical ledge, then there is a support head, a square element with the possibility of screwing the implant into the bone bed, and a spherical element with the possibility of fixing a removable prosthesis.
EFFECT: providing shock-absorbing function, functionality of the implant and prevention of mucositis and peri-implantitis, as well as the possibility of minimizing implant rejection by ensuring a uniform distribution of masticatory pressure from the implant to the bone.
