FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to orthopedic dentistry and can be used in manufacturing cylindrical implants for dental prosthetics. Dental implant with anti-rotation stabilisation contains crown part and intraosteal part, made in form of cylinder with anti-rotation elements on whole surface in form of longitudinal projections. Longitudinal projections are chamfered in direction from precervical zone of intraosteal part to its apical zone. Crown part in form of blunted cone is joined with intraosteal cylindrical part into permanent link by cervix.
EFFECT: increase of stability of implant fastening in bone bed, increase of resistance to its rotation, prevention of implant difficult engraftment and rejection.
