SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. There is disclosed dosage form representing in particular a quick-breaking or water-soluble plate intended for fast release of reactive components in mouth, orifices or body cavities, and comprising a matrix generally consisting of one or several water-soluble polymers and at least one reactive component. And the polymer matrix is hollowed or recessed with the content differing from a matrix considering its aggregate state. The thickness of dosage form is 0.5 to 1 mm with rough or irregularly shaped surfaces, preferentially corrugated or profiled.
EFFECT: dosage form is characterised with reduced tendency to adhere or stick to mouth mucous membrane, thereby providing improved sensation in the mouth.
