FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil industry, particularly to installation for treatment of heavy oil and natural bitumen at oil fields. The installation consists of a stage of gas separation and preliminary discharge of water, of a raw material pump, of a stage of heavy oil or natural bitumen dehydration, of a heater, of a fright buffer capacity, of a fright pump and of treatment facilities. The first recuperating heat exchanger is installed before the stage of dehydration; after this stage there are successively installed an intermediary buffer capacity, an intermediary pump, the second recuperating heat exchanger and a stage of deep dehydration consisting of a heater for heating partially dehydrated heavy oil, of a water stripper, of a refrigerator-condenser for cooling and condensing water fumes, of a buffer capacity for water condensate, of a pump for evacuating water condensate to treatment facilities, and of a pump for discharge of hot dehydrated oil (natural bitumen) from the stripper to the freight buffer capacity successively via the second and first recuperating heat exchangers.
EFFECT: increased depth of dehydration of heavy oil and natural bitumen to I group of quality and reduced amount of settling equipment.
