FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, particularly, to heavy oil dehydration in oil field. Proposed plant comprises crude oil pipeline, buffer tank, crude oil pump, first heat exchanger for cooling dehydrated oil, heater, evaporator, pump and pipeline to divert dehydrated oil via first heat exchanger, condenser-freezer, separator, and water condensate discharge pump. Buffer tank is equipped with extra pipeline for water discharge. Second heat exchanger is mounted between first heat exchanger and heater. Evaporator is provided with pipeline for discharge of separated water via second heat exchanger. Pump inlet dehydrated oil pipeline is furnished with oil water content analyser with preset limit value. Pump outlet is provided with extra pipeline communicated with crude oil pipeline to discharge oil with water content exceeding said limit value.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption and salt deposition of heater coil.
