The invention relates to an installation for stabilization, topping and dehydration of oil, containing a storage tank with an inlet filter, the outlet of the tank is connected through the tube space of the first recuperative heat exchanger with the inputs of the second and third recuperative heat exchangers, the annular space of each of which is connected to the bottom of the distillation column, the top of which is connected through the shell side of the first heat exchanger with an air cooler, the outlet of which is connected to a three-phase separator, which one outlet is connected to the buffer tank, and the other outlet is connected together with the outlet of the buffer tank with a vertical separator, the buffer tank is connected by another outlet to the top of the rectification column, and the outlets of the second and third recuperative heat exchangers are connected to the furnace, the outlet which is connected to the lower inlet of the rectification column, and the annular spaces of the second and third recuperative heat exchangers at the outlet are connected to the process settling tank by means of a pipeline having a reagent supply pipe at the inlet.
