FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vibration engineering. The proposed device has an electromagnet, armature and a stator casing, joined by a system of elastic members, consisting of extension-compression springs. Each spring has flanges on its edges, to which are attached the armature and stator casing. The electromagnet is in form of a solenoid and is fixed to the stator casing. Adjustment loads are attached to the armature. The moveable core of the solenoid is attached to the armature and enters the solenoid at a certain distance. The optimum value of this distance is determined experimentally depending on the chosen overall spring constant of the extension-compression springs and mass of the armature, taking into account mass attached to it. The extension-compression springs are in form of helical coiled springs. On each of the flanges, welded to the butt-ends of the springs, there are depressions. These depressions prevent the outermost working coils of the spring from touching the flanges during operation. The outermost coils are bent and cut such that, when the springs are compressed by maximum load, the coils do not touch. The extension-compression springs can be cylindrical and profiled as well. The solenoid, the moveable core of the solenoid and the extension-compression springs are made with possibility of oscillation of the armature about the stator casing in operating mode with amplitude of not less than 4 mm.
