FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vibration engineering. The device has an electromagnet, an armature and stator casing, joined by a system of elastic members, consisting of extension-compression springs. Each of the springs is made in form of a bushing, in the middle of which there is a through spiral groove. The groove is made such that, the opening does not reach the butt-ends of the bushing, forming non-operating rings-flanges at the edges, to which the armature and the stator casing are attached. Adjustment loads are joined to the armature. The electromagnet is made in form of a solenoid and is attached to the stator casing. The moveable core of the solenoid is attached to the armature and enters into the solenoid at a certain distance. The optimum value of this distance is determined experimentally depending on the selected overall spring constant of the extension-compression springs and mass of the armature taking into account mass attached to it. The solenoid, the moveable core of the solenoid and the extension-compression springs are made with possibility of the armature oscillating about the stator casing in working mode with amplitude of more than 4 mm. The extension-compression springs can be cylindrically shaped or profiled.
EFFECT: increased amplitude of oscillation of the armature and stator case of the electromagnetic vibration exciter.
