FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to vibration engineering. The proposed device has an electromagnet, an armature and a stator casing, joined by an elastic system, comprising an extension-compression spring. The extension-compression spring is in form of a bushing, cut through in the middle by a helical groove. The groove is made such that, the opening does not reach the ends of the bushing, forming non-operating coil-flanges on the edges, to which are attached the armature and stator casing. The elastic system is made on a single extension-compression spring. The electromagnet is in form of a solenoid. The inner core of the solenoid is moveable. The solenoid is fixed to the stator casing and is put inside the extension-compression spring. The inner core of the solenoid is attached to the armature and enters the solenoid at a certain distance. The optimum value of this distance is determined experimentally. Adjustment loads are attached to the armature. The solenoid, the inner core of the solenoid and the extension-compression spring are made with possibility of oscillation of the core about the stator casing in the operating mode with amplitude of more than 4 mm. The extension-compression spring can be cylindrical and profiled as well.
EFFECT: increased amplitude of relative oscillations of the armature and stator casing, simple design.
