FIELD: vibration technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration technology. Electromagnetic vibration exciter contains an electromagnet with an internal core previously introduced into it, an armature with an adjusting weight attached to it and a stator housing, connected by an elastic system, including a tension-compression spring, which is made in the form of a sleeve cut in the middle part with a through screw groove, forming along the edges non-working turns-flanges, to which the anchor and the stator housing are attached, wherein the electromagnet is attached to the stator housing and placed inside the tension-compression spring, and the inner core is made movable and attached to the armature with the possibility of armature oscillation relative to the stator housing at one end, while the second end of the inner core is connected by sliding fit with the stator housing having a central hole with a diameter equal to the diameter of the inner core, and the electromagnet is made in the form of a solenoid coil attached to the stator housing and placed inside the tension-compression spring, forming an elastically movable magnetic circuit with alternating air and magnetically conductive sections.
EFFECT: simplification of the design and improvement of the parameters of resonant oscillations of the electromagnetic vibration exciter.
