FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: object of invention is to purify drilling agent from drilled rock at boring oil and gas wells. Vibration screen consists of a vibration frame which sieves elements, of elastic elements, and of two vibrators secured on the frame and facilitating parallelism of rotation axes of unbalanced elements. To achieve elliptical trajectory of vibration frame motion the unbalanced elements of vibrators posses static moments of weight different from one another at 40-60%; resultant of forces vectors passes through center of gravity of the vibration frame. The angle between horizon and line, connecting the center of gravity of the vibration frame with rotation axis of unbalanced elements is 50°-65° for bigger vibrator and 15°-30° for smaller.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration screen at treatment of drilling agent with sticky solid phase, and also increased reliability of sieve.
