FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device contains baseplate, vibrating frame, linear oscillations vibrator made by two unbalance vibrators and motor vibrators installed on the frame such that angle between the surface of the sieve holders and axis of symmetry of the vibrator is 45°, device to regulate inclination angle of the frame, tray for cleaned mud. The sieve is made with possibility of its setting depending on the mud properties and intensity of its feeding by change of the inclination angle of the frame and oscillations amplitude due to change of the unbalance setting. The linear oscillations vibrator is made in three options: with frequency of synchronous oscillations of the unbalance vibrators or motor-vibrators equal to 50 Hz at current frequency 50 Hz, at frequency of the synchronous oscillations 60 Hz at current frequency 60 Hz and oscillations of the vibrating frame with sieve holders in frequency range from 40 to 65 Hz at oscillations amplitude set within range from 0.5 to 1.0 mm to receive vibration acceleration of the vibrating frame from 4 to 10 G, where G = 9.81 m/s2.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of mud cleaning and sludge drying, in particular throughput capacity of the vibrating sieve.
