FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to materials, intended for sorption and chromographical separating, in particular protein molecules. Nanodiamond sorbent contains immobilised on polysaccharide matrix nanodiamonds of explosion synthesis, with content of nanodiamonds in sorbent 8.2-12.0 mg/ml. Nanodiamonds are immobilised from hydrosol with zeta potential -40 ÷ -85 MV and fractional size of nanoparts and their clusters 3-250 nm. Method of obtaining sorbent includes processing of polysaccharide matrix, which is first cleaned from preservatives with distillate water, and than processed with 0.5-10.0 wt % nanodiamond hydrosol.

EFFECT: creating polyfunctional nanodiamond sorbent, which can adsorb proteins, differjng by physico-chemical properties.
