FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrument making. Working medium contains optically transparent dispersion medium in which carbon nanoparticles are dispersed, where the carbon nanoparticles used are detonation synthesis nanodiamonds having high colloidal stability in amount of 1.0-3.0 wt %, and the dispersion medium used is distilled water. The method involves adding said carbon nanoparticles into the optical transparent dispersion medium.
EFFECT: obtaining nonlinear filter for multiple application for limiting optical radiation with high density of input energy.
