SUBSTANCE: low-alloyed cast iron contains the following components, wt %: carbon 3.0-3.2; silicon 1.9-2.4; manganese 0.03-0.07; phosphorus 0.03 - 0.07; sulfur 0.03 - 0.07; nickel 0.01-0.02; chrome 0.03-0.07; titanium 0.03-0.07; zirconium 0.03-0.07; aluminium 0.2-0.3; molybdenum 0.01-0.03; barium 0.001-0.003; niobium 0.01-0.03; indium 0.01-0.03; lead 0.05-0.1; iron - the balance.
EFFECT: improved quality of cast iron items surface.
