SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machine building and may be used as hydraulic pumps, compressors and pneumatic hydraulic motors. Wave pneumatic hydraulic machine comprises rigid and flexible wheels, generator of waves with rollers fixed and movable in radial direction, separators of suction and discharge cavities. Flexible wheel - displacer is arranged in the form of spiral elastic tape. Two fixed rollers are installed diametrically in tops of flexible wheel deformation waves. Movable rollers are installed between them with provision of variation of rounding perimeter of waves generator that moves them with the help of adjustment stem with profile grooves.

EFFECT: provision of balance, simplicity of design, range of control from rate value to zero.
