FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: rotor-piston pump-compressor (RPPC) is intended for operation with paste-like, liquid, gaseous and also vacuum mediums. RPPC comprises split cylindrical body with pressure and suction openings, end covers, cylinder movable relative to body and piston with joint opening on side surface, piston, finger, connecting rod with insert, toothed crown, gears, bearings, crank. Bearings are fixed on cover and on cylinder surface. It also comprises cylinder cover, connection coupling, sealing from two ceramic discs and drive. Piston is connected to crank and insert with the help of connecting rod and finger and executes rectilinear reciprocal motion relative to rotary cylinder. Pressure and suction openings are arranged in single radial plane, on side surface of body with displacement along circumference relative to each other by at least 20 degrees. Joint opening is arranged on side surface of cylinder in the same radial plane. Openings simultaneously perform role of (valves) openings of valve device and are combined at moments of time that correspond to suction or forcing of working medium.
EFFECT: increased efficiency factor, extended service life, expansion of application field, simplification of RPPC design.
