FIELD: centrifugal pumps for handling aggressive and superpure liquids including two-component dispersed media in wide range of temperatures. SUBSTANCE: working chamber is located between two ceramic disks whose opposite surfaces simultaneously perform function of end seals and is made in form of slot on surface of fixed ceramic disk bounded by two coaxial surfaces of different diameters; delivery members are mounted on movable ceramic disk which closes inlet and outlet holes in turn during rotation; inlet and outlet holes perform the function of inlet and outlet valves.
