FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and resuscitation, and concerns autointoxication severity estimation procedure. Substance of the method: venous blood is tested for leukocyte count by CD 45 receptor antibodies. It is followed with counting the killed cells and calculating the absolute killed cells per unit of blood volume. Autointoxication severity proceeds from the obtained results. The method is to be applied in resuscitation departments as a screening-test.
EFFECT: application of the method improves autointoxication severity estimation reliability.
