METHOD OF GENERATING ELECTRIC CURRENT Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC H01L35/28

Abstract RU 2357329 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to power engineering and can be used in generating electric current for stand-alone objects: farms, isolated houses etc. Thermocouples, insulated from each other, are mounted on both sides of a flat panel made from non-thermal-electro conductive material. Hot electrodes are heated using a lens made from glass or from hollow film cells, filled with water into the shape of a lens, or using spherical mirrors such that, the focus of the light beam falls on one or a group of hot electrodes and/or they are blown with hot air at 150-200°C. On the side of cold electrodes, rigidly fixed inside a pipe made from non-thermal-electro conductive material and fitted with containers and a pump made from ammonia resistant material, ammonia is released while heating opposite electrodes at the same time, closing their common electrical circuit.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency, as well as intensity and power of the generated electric current.
