FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermo-electrical instruments, in particular, to thermo-electrical batteries (TEB). The device structure surface formed by the TEB branches, apart from the areas adjoining the extending parts of switching plates, is coated with heat insulation dielectric material. The area not coated with the said material is determined as the product of thermal element branch thickness by 1/4 of its height. Note here that heat is picked up from the switching plates and adjacent areas via evaporation of heat carrier effected by appropriate evaporation systems.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of removing heat from TEB hot contacts (feeding it thereto).
