FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: surface of structure formed by TEB branches, excluding areas nearby protruding parts of switching plates is covered with a layer of heat-insulation dielectric material. Area, which is not coated with a layer of heat insulation dielectric material is determined by product of thermoelement branch thickness and ¼ of its height. Surface, which is not coated with a layer of heat insulation, is arranged with longitudinal slots. Removal of heat from hot and cold switching plates, and also from nearby areas, is done due to evaporation cooling realised by evaporation system.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of heat removal or supply from hot or cold contacts of TEB due to removal or supply of heat also from nearby areas of thermoelement branches.
