FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by cutting, browning in melted butter mincing carrots, onions and leek. Potatoes and parsley roots are cut, blanched and minced. Sorrel and green vegetables are frozen and minced. Poultry meat is minced. Listed components are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The received mix is packed in aluminium tubas at the certain outflow capacity of components. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility.
