FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned first-course dishes for space feeding. Preparation of recipe components is performed, carrots, parsley roots, celery roots and onions are cut, browned in melted butter and minced, potatoes are cut, blanched and minced, cress and greens are frozen and minced, heart and pickles are minced, wheat flour is browned. The listed components are mixed with sour cream, cucumber brine, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. Resulting mix is packed into aluminium tubes, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows to prepare new preserved food for space meals with higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
