SUBSTANCE: preserves are prepared as follows: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and cut, carrots and parsley roots are cut and browned in melted fat, potatoes are cut and blanched, beetroots are blanched and cut, green onion and greens are cut and frozen, sorrel and spinage are frozen and chopped, pork is cut, beans are boiled till double increase in weight, wheat flour is browned in melted fat, the listed components are mixed with sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, black hot pepper, bay leaf and CO2-extract of pyrolised wood, the obtained mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
