SUBSTANCE: preserved product is prepared by boiling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and browning in the melted fat carrots, parsley and onion, cutting and blanching potatoes, blanching and cutting beetroot, cutting and freezing greens, freezing and chopping sorrel and spinach, cutting pork, boiling beans till double mass increase, browning in the melted fat wheat flour, mixing the listed components under oxygen free conditions with sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, black hot pepper, laurel leaf and CO2 extract of pyrolised wood, packing the obtained mixture and bone broth. The following amount of components is used for preparation of the product (mass fractions): pork 120.48-151.52, eggs 22, melted fat 20, beetroot 146.32-152.22, potatoes 153.6-162, beans 42.32, carrots 46.8-48, parsley roots 12.45-12.65, onion 23.4-23.7, sorrel 110, spinach 110, greens 7.5, wheat flour 6, sour cream 20, acetic acid of 80% 0.38, sugar 6, table salt 18, black hot pepper 0.2, laurel leaf 0.08, CO2-extract of pyrolised wood 0.004, bone broth prior to the yield of target product 1000. Then the product is sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility.
