FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: tinned food is produced by cutting, blanching and mincing cucumbers; blanching and mincing the horseradish; blanching and staining lemon peel, freezing and mincing lettuce, green onions and dill, freezing and chopping spinage and sorrel; mincing starred sturgeon fillet; boiling kvass; mixing the said components with sugar and table salt; packing the produced mixture in the aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
