SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this invention, the formulation components are, first, prepared. White bread is wetted in milk and minced. Meat is cut and minced. The listed components are mixed up with table salt and bitter black pepper to make a cutlet mass. The mass is formed, floured in wheaten crackers and fried in melted fat to make minced collops. Carrots, a root of a parsley and onions are cut, blanched in melted fat and sauted. Carrots, a root of a parsley, onions, green peas, greens, wheat flour, tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, table salt, bitter black pepper and bay leaves are mixed up with no access of oxygen. Minced collops, aforesaid mix and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food with better digestibility.
