SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to dentistry and may be used for protection of the tissue of the corner of the mouth during scaling of roofs of the wisdom tooth. Elastic, smooth protector is applied with greasy upper surface, made as a toroid segment with circular grooving along its external surface connected with retractor made of elastic material with a temple on its loose end for fixation behind the ear.
EFFECT: method ensures prevention of thermal and mechanic traumatising of soft tissues.
