FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: dental retractor for distal segments of dental arches represents two vertical mutually parallel rectangular plates. The plates are coupled together in the middle by means of a bridge. The handle is attached from above in the middle to one of the plates at an angle of 125±5°.
EFFECT: improved manipulation comfort by creating necessary approach to the distal segments of the dental arches preventing the displacement of the oral soft tissues and reducing the oral fluid flow.
