FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Open repositioning and osteosynthesis is done with supporting plate using spongioid screws in metaphyseal zone and with cortical screws in diapheseal zone passing the latter through the opposite cortical layer of the bone. In the diaphyseal zone cortical screws are alternated with spongioid screws with long threads, whereat spongioid screws are screwed into the openings of the plate, and in the metaphyseal zone they are passed through the opposite cortical layer of the bone.
EFFECT: screws migration and increased stability of fixation of fragments; reduced post-surgery complications, shortened duration of treatment.
