The osteosynthesis of a fracture with spongioid screws in epiphyseal or metaphyseal regions of bone is carried out. Then the spoke is inserted through the hole in the screw head for blocking the screw in the osteoporosis bone.
EFFECT: method prevents migration of screws and a more stable fixation of bone fragments.
