FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary pathology and toxicology and can be used to prevent organic and mineral poisoning in animals such as sheep, swine, and dogs. The method includes adding zeolite containing material as absorbent to animal feed on a daily basis until an animal recovers. The content of zeolite containing material is 2 to 3% of ration dry matter.
EFFECT: improved health of animals when reared, reduced mortality, and increased gain in fattening animals.
