FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for gas cleaning from mechanical admixtures and condensed liquid. The device (version 1) includes casing and filtering element located coaxially to each other and to the above-mentioned device, which form circular channels. The device also consists of gas supply sleeves and clean gas removal sleeves, which are placed on the opposite ends of the housing. There are also liquid and mechanical admixtures removal sleeves, which are located on the cylindrical surface of the housing. The cavity inside filtering element communicates with the clean gas removal sleeve. The circular channel between housing and casing provided with a swirler at its inlet is connected to the gas supply sleeve. The outlet of the casing is blind. Inside the channel there is a sealed partition, which separates it into cavities. At the end each cavity is linked with the corresponding liquid and mechanical admixtures removal sleeve and with circular channel between filtering element and casing in the flow direction. The casing is provided with sealed partition at its inlet, and circular channel between casing and filtering element is blind at casing outlet. The said device (version 2) consists of a casing and filtering element arranged coaxially in the housing. The filtering element is represented in the cup shape. The device also includes gas supply and clean gas removal sleeves, liquid and mechanical admixtures removal sleeve. At inlet, the circular channel between housing and casing is connected to the gas supply sleeve, while at its outlet it is linked with liquid and mechanical admixtures removal sleeve and with the channel being placed between casing and filtering element. The afore-mentioned channel between housing and casing communicates with the channel between the casing and filtering element by means of slotted holes.
EFFECT: improved quality of gas cleaning, more reliable operation, increased life span and simple design.
