FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas producing industry and is intended for cleaning natural gas from mechanical impurities, evacuated to hydrocarbon production from wells of operating stock. Device for cleaning natural gas comprises cylindrical housing with coaxially installed filtering element, a swirler installed at angle to axis of filtering element. Housing upper part is equipped with two inlet nozzles for uniform gas entry. Flush union is installed in lower part of housing. Swirler is made in form of steel plate located throughout length of filter element.
EFFECT: higher reliability and fail-safe operation of gas cleaning system.
