FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to production and manufacture of construction structures from concrete and reinforced concrete. The forming machine includes chassis where frame is installed. The frame houses loading hopper and operating hopper. The latter are intended for concrete mixture receiving and transporting to mold box for vibratory compacting. Cover die and positive dies, smoothing units, vibrators and rubber-profiled mechanisms for beveling are placed inside the above-mentioned mold box. Vibrators are mounted on the frame. The controlled electric drive is a tool for chassis actuating. Besides the chassis speed depends on the formed item density to be measured by density probe connected to the circuit of electric drive control.
EFFECT: improved effectiveness of machine, avoidance of probability to break production process, quick change of machine loading rate with concrete mixture and formed items dimensions.
