FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to production of concrete and reinforced concrete articles by continuous off-form vibration compaction. Proposed vibratory bowl feeder comprises housing made up of side and top plates rigidly jointed together, male dies, vibrator and frame. Not here that side walls, top plate and male die make together with runner an enclosed chamber. Note also that male dies represent flat solid plate or perforated plate with chamfers arranged on one bottom side. On plate bottom opposite side, male die side surfaces have chamfers made over their entire length. Face surface also have chamfers while male dies are spaced apart by 50-70 mm in axes corresponding to spacing of reinforcing elements in said axes. Besides, it additionally comprises replaceable shutter to make bowl front wall made up of flat perforated plate. Set of holes are spaced apart by 50-70 mm. Note also that said shutter adjoins the bowl via damping elements while bowl is attached to the frame via vibrating supports. Shutter is rigidly secured to said frame via intermediate frame by locks.

EFFECT: increased contact between working tool and concrete mix, power savings.
