FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in heating ammonia paramolybdate first in atmosphere of hydrogen and nitrogen mixture, then in heating in hydrogen atmosphere. Heating in atmosphere of hydrogen and nitrogen mixture is carried out uniformly till reaching temperature of 450-650°C at rate 150-200°C/hour at ratio of hydrogen and nitrogen in mixture (0.3-0.7):(0.7-0.3) correspondingly. Heating in hydrogen atmosphere is performed to temperature of 750-900°C with holding at this temperature within 0.5-2.0 hours. The method facilitates achieving sum of positive properties of finished metal, such as cleanness, dispersion, uniformity of fraction composition and bulk weight.
EFFECT: improved properties of finished product.
