FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: method implies formation of a triaxial structure by interweaving three main thread systems: basic one, those of the left and right covers as well as shape-generating threads. Reinforcing thread systems are additionally provided for in the specified sections. Reinforcing thread systems for creating a reinforcing element are introduced by two methods: reinforcing thread systems are set parallel to one or more basic thread systems of the triaxial structure, reinforcing thread systems are set perpendicular to the basic thread systems of the triaxial structure.
EFFECT: manufacturing various volume solid-woven forms with the specified zone distribution of strength properties with high wear resistance and shape stability, expanding range of solid-woven products application, reducing material losses and improving product quality.
