FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of creating an H-beam on basis of 3D preform with solid-woven holes. Technical result is achieved by a method of creating an H-beam based on a composite material with a polymer thermosetting matrix, reinforced with 3D solid-woven preform, in the form of a tape, which is a volumetric reinforcing grid corresponding to the dimensions and shape of the future article with a reinforcing structure, which forms reinforcement-free zones for future planned technical holes without damaging the structure of interwoven threads of the three reinforcement systems. First, solid-woven 3D preform is made, which includes one woven wall and two shelves formed by multilayer weaving based on continuous carbon fibres. In the weave structure, vertical threads are moved, which do not pass through the entire thickness of the preform, forming the flanges of solid-woven 3D preform, and due to the transition of the vertical threads to the entire thickness, the preform wall is formed, and due to the movement of the vertical threads inside the wall not to the entire thickness of the preform, zones free from reinforcement are formed, for technical holes inside the woven structure, which are located along the entire width of the preform wall one after another, in the section made in the longitudinal direction. In the course of this process, the preform flanges extending from the wall of four solid-woven parts are formed, which are interconnected by a weft thread passing from layer to layer. Then said weft thread passing from layer to layer is cut. After that, prepared four parts of flanges of H-beam are bent perpendicular to wall and H-shaped form of solid-woven 3D-preform is formed. Tooling mould is made to form a structural element in the form of an H-beam, having a location for a row of metal rods, to form planned longitudinal through technical holes. Metal rods of preset diameter are inserted into zones of solid-woven 3D-preform free from reinforcement. Solid-woven 3D-preform is laid in tooling mould and impregnated with binder by RTM method. After hardening with binder, finished product is removed from tooling mould, external contour flash is removed and thread is cut in planned technical holes.
EFFECT: preventing weakening of the reinforcing structure of the product from mechanical treatment, higher strength of the finished product.
