FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of textile industry and concerns the formation of volumetric structure frames in the form of shells with stiffness ribs, which are formed by the round weaving method, also used as fillers of composite materials for aerospace engineering products, shipbuilding and chemical-metallurgical industry, in particular, in the form of vessels working under pressure. One-piece multilayer shell of warp yarns and weft yarns, which is made on round-rope machine, has one or several annular stiffening ribs made on its outer surface and made integral with it. Proposed method consists in production of seamless fabric multilayer shell on shaping mandrel fitted in round-claw machine. At that, when the shell is in the zone of the annular stiffness rib, the system threads of the warp yarns are drawn as per the rib thickness, the multilayer annular rib of the specified thickness and height is interlaced with the ring turns of the weft in the horizontal plane. After that, the deduced warp yarns are again introduced into the shell structure for continuation of its run-up by height or the time of the next rib from them.

EFFECT: invention increases weight perfection and widens the field of use of a woven shell per se, as well as articles made from composite materials on its basis.
