FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: floor covering system contains horizontal metal wire frame elements, for example C-, U-shaped joists, bars where structural reinforced lightweight cement panel with stable dimensions is mounted. The floor covering system is fire-proof, water resistant, stable to mold, decay, termites and capable of withstanding shearing loads equal to those applied by plywood panels or panels made up from the sheets of directed strands or even more severe loads. Panels use one or several layers of continuous phase achieved by curing water mixture of non-organic binding agent, for example semi-hydrate of calcium sulfate, hydraulic binding agent, active pozzolanic material and lime. The continuous phase is reinforced with glass fiber and includes light-weight filling agent particles, for example ceramic micro balloons.
