FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: structure of a foundation for residential houses or buildings of commercial purpose comprises at least one outer wall, selected from a group made of a vertical wall and a horizontal floor, besides, at least one external wall is equipped with a support metal frame. At least part of at least one external wall is below the soil level, and at least one external wall comprises at least one reinforced light cement panel, which may preserve its dimensions. The frame comprises at least one metal element of the frame, selected from a group made of a corrugate metal sheet, metal beams and metal stands. The panel has density from 65 to 90 pounds per cubic foot (1.04-1.44 g/cm³) and is capable of withstanding shift loads, when it is fixed to the frame, besides, the panel comprises a homogeneous phase produced as a result of hardening of an aqueous solution, which contains, on dry basis, 35-70 wt % of reactive powder, 20-50 wt % of lightening filler and 5-20 wt % of glass fibres. The homogeneous phase is reinforced with glass fibres and contains particles of lightening filler, which have specific density of 0.02-1.00 and average size of particles of approximately 10-500 micron.

EFFECT: increased reliability of structure, provision of higher compressive strength, reduced material intensity and labour intensiveness in structure erection.
