SUBSTANCE: proposed device for continuous control of percentage composition of a soaked carbon tape is aimed at improving quality of operational control of degree of saturation of reinforcement tape in the process of making composite articles using a "winding" method. The device for continuous control of percentage composition of a soaked carbon tape 1 consists of a device for making tape 2, guide rollers 3, metal staple 4, closed magnetostrictive cores 5, first receiving device 6, second receiving device 7, saturating unit 8, mandrel 9, emitting piezoelectric transducers 10, receiving piezoelectric transducers 11, high voltage source 12, multivibrator 13, high-frequency oscillator 14, high-frequency amplifiers 15, amplitude detectors 16, computer circuit 17, subtracting unit 18, dividing device 19, and a recording device 20.
EFFECT: reduced error in measurement.
