FIELD: physics; radio.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to radioelectronic combat techniques and radar countermeasures. Amplification coefficient is automatically kept lower than the value of electromagnetic decoupling between the receiving and transmitting antennae. Due to this, the maximum possible amplification coefficient is attained without excitation, close to the value of decoupling, attained on a specific model of a radar decoy.
EFFECT: provision for stable operation (without excitation) of a small radar decoy with significant measurement of amplification constant of effect of destabilising factors.
