SUBSTANCE: active jammer relates to electronic warfare and is meant for use in electronic jamming systems and electromagnetic shielding equipment for various objects for electronic jamming of radar stations and radar homing heads of guided missiles. The active jammer has a receiving antenna, two signal splitters, a frequency storage circuit, a preamplifier, a terminal amplifier, a transmitting antenna, a modulator, an intercept receiver, an attenuator, a differential amplifier, two peak detectors, two amplitude detectors and a transfer constant stabiliser.

EFFECT: high efficiency of radar countermeasures owing to stabilisation of the transfer constant of the frequency storage device and enabling optimisation of the signal-to-noise ratio and linear operating mode of the terminal amplifier in the output signal dynamic range.
