SUBSTANCE: proposed engineering solutions pertain to radar and can be used for filtering parametres of trajectories of radar objects. Technical outcome is achieved through that, in the method of filtering parametres of trajectory of an object, based on a "sliding smoothing" method, there is analysis of the value of error signal between the current measured parametre value and its extrapolated value, the result of which is used to determine the value of the smoothed-out parametre value. Also in each current measurement, starting with the third, when determining the extrapolated parametre value, the behaviour of change of smoothing coefficients is taken into account, obtained during the current and two previous measurements respectively.

EFFECT: reduced errors in filtering parametres of trajectory of an object moving with considerable acceleration.
