FIELD: computer engineering, in particular, controlling devices, possible use in scientific research and engineering when it is required to determine optimal time of technical maintenance of complex systems, and also idle time of each subsystem, connected to restoration of serviceability in case of failure and with conduction of warning preventive maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: the device contains time indicator, m units for computing idle time coefficient (based on number of subsystems included in the system being serviced), where each computing unit comprises a functional transformer, two multipliers, two adders, two subtracters, integrator and divider. Device also includes delay block which includes m-2 delay elements; analyzer, realizing selection of maximal one of m variables; delay element, comparison element, key and block of m output circuits, each one of which represents delay element and a key serially connected to each other.

EFFECT: expanded area of application, increased efficiency.
