FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Canned food is cooked by parsley and parsnip roots cutting, blanching and chopping, carrots blanching and chopping, spring onions cutting and freezing, hen's liver chopping, wheat flour browning in melted butter, mixing of above-mentioned components with hen's eggs, cream, meat and bone broth and table salt under oxygen-free conditions. Prepared mixture is packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food has improved digestibility.
